Friday Sendoff

{Pia Jane Bijkerk}{Erin Dollar}{TreeFall Design}

I’ve been humming and hawing about this week’s Friday Sendoff since about Tuesday… and well, this is what I’ve come up with!

It’s a challenge to keep posting quality content on a blog. Specially in our case, there are many requirements one single post needs to fill…. For me, a good blog post is one that is inspirational, fun and honest. Kind of hard to do when you’re teaching kids, counting inventory and nursing a teething Pia.

Some of the ideas for today’s post that got cut from the clipboard:

  • Flowers and an ode to springtime (who else it totally sick of winter??)
  • Travel and Adventure (again, sick of winter and wanting to go somewhere amazing)
  • The color yellow (can you tell that I’m dying for springtime?)

So what’s the theme today? Linen and warm color accents? I’m not too sure! I do know that I wanted to leave you with some fun DIY inspiration.  Some of you are expecting new babies, planning weddings and others are dutifully working on projects or making Valentines for 50 toddlers (urgh). So I thought these images could maybe spark some ideas in you!

Have a great weekend and for those of you who signed up, don’t forget that it’s Modern Quilt Circle this Sunday at 10!
